Roasted lamb leg

This recipe is great when you have guests coming over your place. You can also make it as a lunch or a dinner. It is also served during Eid Al Adha.


1.5 kg lamb leg
½ tsp coriander powder
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp black pepper powder
½ cinnamon powder
1 tsp salt
4 garlic cloves (sliced)
1/4 cup vegetable oil
5 cup hot water
3 cinnamon stick
3 cardamom cloves
3 bay leaves
3 zucchini (sliced)
3 carrot (peeled and sliced)
3 potato (peeled and sliced)
